The Regular Once-Over
One Treatment, Whole-Home Protection
A general pest treatment is the backbone of keeping a Sydney home pest-free: a thorough internal treatment of skirtings, kitchens, wet areas and the laundry, plus a full external barrier around the perimeter, eaves, fences and entry points.
We also dust the roof void — the warm, undisturbed space where cockroaches and other crawling pests shelter and breed before finding their way into your living areas.
It covers the pests Sydney households actually deal with day to day: cockroaches, spiders and other common crawling insects. Termites, rodents and ants behave differently and need their own targeted programs — we'll always tell you straight if that's what you need instead.
We recommend a general treatment every 6 months — that's what keeps a home consistently clear. Plenty of homes go twelve months between visits instead; we'll tell you straight which yours needs. Either way it's a small cost next to dealing with an established infestation.

General Treatment FAQ
Common Questions
What pests does a general treatment cover?
Cockroaches, spiders and other common crawling insects — the pests most Sydney homes deal with. It doesn't cover termites, rodents or ants, which behave differently and need their own targeted programs. If we spot signs of any of those during your treatment, we'll let you know.
How long does a general pest treatment last?
We recommend re-treating every 6 months, especially through the warmer months. A single treatment will often hold around 12 months in a low-pressure home, and plenty of customers do go yearly. Properties backing onto bushland, near waterways or with previous heavy activity really should stay on the 6-month cycle. Either way you'll get an honest recommendation, not an automatic upsell.
Do we need to leave the house during treatment?
Usually you just need to stay out of treated areas until they're dry — we'll walk you through timing on the day. Pets should be kept away while surfaces dry, and fish tanks get covered before we start.
How should I prepare for the treatment?
Very little is needed: pick up toys and personal items off the floor, and give us clear access to skirtings where possible. We'll confirm anything specific for your home when you book.
Does rain affect the external treatment?
Once the external treatment has dried it bonds to the surfaces and normal rain won't wash it away. If serious weather is forecast on your booking day, we'll reschedule the external component so you get the full benefit.
